The friend goes through a small setup wizard that can be skipped
the wizard is similar to the first-time node setup,
but its for a namespace
at some point the namespace part is done
and then the friend will also be able to setup the namespace agent using their own subscription in a way that is compliant
that agent is governed by ground and its pbt syntax
my friend still isnt getting involved with the pbt because things just work
